Manufacturing ERP System
A custom ERP aligned to how the client's plants actually operate—production, inventory, and reporting in one system.
The Challenge
Off-the-shelf ERP products forced the manufacturer into workflows that did not match their plants. Teams maintained parallel spreadsheets for production tracking, and generating operational reports required manual consolidation.
Our Approach
We spent the first sprint on the factory floor and with operations leads—mapping how work actually moves through plants. The system was designed around those flows, with modules rolled out plant by plant to minimize disruption.
UX & Product Strategy
Screens mirror the language and sequence operators already use. Reports were designed with operations managers—not generic finance templates. Training time was a success metric from day one.
Technical Architecture
.NET Core backend with SQL Server for transactional manufacturing data, React admin and operations UI, and role-based permissions per plant and department.
